These are our most frequently asked questions. If you don't see your question, please email us! I do not see my party theme on your invitations page, can you design a new card? Absolutely! There are hundreds of party themes out there. It would be impossible and exhausting to try and represent every party theme. We prefer to design a new theme specifically for you. Please email us!
Can I pre-order my birth announcements? Absolutely! We do take pre-orders on birth announcements! The birth of your child is going to be an exciting but amazing time for you. Choose your design ahead of time and we will have it ready and waiting for your precious bundle's photos and information. This is a great way to get your announcements out within weeks of the birth of your child.
I like a design but do not like the font, can I change it? Yes, please place your order and in the additional comments box during check out, please let us know that you will need to change the font. We will work with you on the design and font until you are 100% happy with your card.
I like a design but do not like the colors, can I change it? In most cases yes. However, there are patterns that cannot be altered but we are always happy to customize a design as best we can. Please review our complimentary customizations which include font changes, color changes and more.
I am looking for folded cards but only see flat, do you offer folded? Yes, we do offer folded cards in all three sizes - 4 x 5.5, 5 x 5 and 5 x 7. There are a few offered on the site, however, if there is a flat design that you like, we can adjust the design to fit a folded card with your additional text or photos on the inside.
Why do you offer two envelope sizes for the 5x5 cardstock? USPS charges a nonmachinable surcharge for square envelopes. To avoid this charge, we have added the 5 x 7 envelopes.
Do you offer quantity discounts? Please contact us for a quantity discount.
Can I order less than 25 cards? No, our custom cards must be ordered in quantities of 25 via our website. However, we do offer some of our most popular stationery designs in boxed gift sets. These sets include 10 cards and 10 envelopes presented in a white gift box. These cards cannot be customized.
What are the different paper options like?
How long will it take to get my first design proof? You will have your proof within 48 hours. However, you will receive an email from the designer you will work with within 24 hours.
How long until I receive my order? Most orders are received by you within 5-7 business days of the final proof approval. However, your order can take approximately two weeks to arrive from the day you approve your design proof. The only exception to this is the Christmas holiday season when orders may take up to three weeks for delivery due to the USPS service delays.
How will my order be shipped? Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping email on the day we ship your stationery and your fabulous stationery will arrive in 2-3 days.
I saw a store on Etsy that sold some of your cards, is this a Belle Announcements store? Yes, Rocket Girl Stationery, is a division of Belle Announcements. We sell only a select group of cards in the Etsy store. Not all of the cards sold on Belle Announcements website will be offered at the Etsy store.
Will I be charged sales tax? Federal law requires that Belle Announcements charge sales tax to all orders being shipped to addresses within Alabama. Orders shipped to all other states are exempt from sales tax. |
